We think this is important because once you’ve gotten the hang of it, Online Banking is the fastest and easiest way to conduct simple transactions with Point West.
Balance Inquiries & Tracking Transactions:
Perhaps the most common use of Online Banking involves simply logging in to track transactions and see balances. As a single-location credit union, there are days when our phones are very busy, and waiting to get ahold of a credit union employee for balance information does not match the fast-pace of your day. With Online Banking, you can have a balance in 30 seconds!
Paying a Point West loan or VISA via Online Banking has never been easier! Before our most recent system upgrade, members used to have to pay their VISA at a 3rd party site – but not anymore! Right inside Online Banking there is a menu option titled “Loan & VISA Payments.” With just a few simple clicks of the mouse you can pay your Point West Loans and your Point West VISA right online.
