FAQs

Q: Will there be parking?

A: Yes! There is covered parking in the onsite garage and limited street parking nearby. We will provide 1 hour of complimentary parking with validation when you park in the garage.

 

Q: Will I be able to work with a team member who is not assigned to the branch?

A: The Branch Team will always be available for face-to-face interaction at our new location. If you would like to speak with one of our Remote Team members, they are readily available by phone or email. It’s just like we’re still all under one roof!

 

Q: Is there a drive-thru? 

A: Instead of a drive-thru, we are adding two new ATMs, one of which has deposit capability so you can do anything that you would in a drive-thru. If you prefer using a drive-thru, no problem! There are lots of CO-OP ATM Network ATMs in the area to meet your needs.

 

Q: What if I don’t know if I need to talk to the Branch Team or the Remote Team? 

A: Both teams are ready and able to help! If you go into the branch and need to talk to someone on the Remote team, we have Browsing Stations designed just for that purpose. You can always call first to see if you need to go to the branch.
