Point West Careers

Career With a Purpose

Our mission is to provide members with employees who are competent, reliable and trustworthy; and to provide employees an organization they can trust and grow in as well. Our goal is to preserve the exceptional member service we’re known for.

Working for a paycheck is good, but working for a passion is the best. Point West is focused on providing financial access and empowerment to the underserved and unbanked in the Portland-Metro area. We work every day to improve the lives of low-income families, non-citizens, and microenterprise business owners. Working at Point West gives team members the opportunity to develop a Career with Purpose, helping improve lives in our community.
