We’ve received reports of members receiving text messages from non Point West phone numbers and phone calls from someone spoofing our toll-free number   (888-468-5826) asking for personal account information. These attempts are a phishing scam by someone posing as our employees. Point West will never ask for the full account number for your debit/credit card or full SSN/ITIN. Please be assured that your personal and financial information is secure with us.
