Our current Mobile Banking app will be taken offline at 4 PM PST on Friday, April 30, 2021, which will also make Mobile Deposit unavailable. Any Mobile Deposit items received by that time will be processed as expected and be made available by Monday, May 3, 2021. We will then go into a blackout period and Mobile Banking/Mobile Deposit will not be live again until at least Monday, May 3, 2021 at 9 AM PST as we migrate our system data from the old system to the new system. Please note, the current mobile app will no longer work and you will need to download the new Point West Mobile Banking app from the Apple Store and/or Google Play Store. We will provide links to those new apps here as soon as they are available.
