Scheduled transfers between your accounts/suffixes should process as normal on Friday April 30, 2021 before 3 PM PST. For transfers scheduled after that time, there is a chance that they may not be processed due to the change in systems until the conversion has completed, so please consider manual transfers if they are scheduled to transfer over our conversion weekend. Once the conversion has completed, your scheduled transfers should continue process as expected on Monday, May 3, 2021. Should any transfers not take place and have an adverse effect on your account, please contact our Member Service team and we will gladly assist you and ensure any resulting fees are reversed.
