How will I receive my statement/eStatement at the end of April?
In order to ensure timely delivery of a statement to all members, Point West will be doing a one-time mailing of a printed statement to all active members, free of charge. So for members that are currently receiving printed/mailed statements, expect your statement as usual – and for those of you using our eStatements program, please expect to receive a mailed statement as well for April 2021. If you want to ensure your address is up to date, you can contact our Member Service team at [email protected] or 503-546-5000.
For eStatement members, your eStatement for April will be available as soon as we’re able to migrate data from our current system to the new system. We anticipate this should not take more than 10 business days from the start of May. In the interim, you may also check your transaction history via the new Online and/or Mobile Banking platforms.
