Yes – Shared Branching services for Point West members will be unavailable at the end of business on Friday, April 30 and will not be available again until approximately 9 AM PST on Monday, May 3, 2021. Members will be unable to perform transactions at Shared Branching locations or use the CO-OP Sprig app during this window. We apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to reach out to our Member Service team in advance should you need to consider alternatives during our conversion window.
