Mobile Banking

Online Banking
  1. Click Trouble Signing In? from the login screen
  2. Select Forgot my password and click Continue
  3. Enter your username
  4. Choose your Verification Method (Account Number or Card Number)
  5. Enter your Account Number or Card Number
  6. Enter your birthdate
  7. Click Continue
  8. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your contact methods and click Submit
  9. Enter your new password, confirm it and click Continue
Mobile App
  1. Open the Point West Mobile App
  2. Select Trouble Signing In? from the login screen
  3. Select Forgot my password and click Continue
  4. Enter your username
  5. Choose your Verification Method (Account Number or Card Number)
  6. Enter your Account Number or Card Number
  7. Enter your birthdate
  8. Click Continue
  9. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your contact methods and click Submit
  10. Enter your new password, confirm it and click Continue
Mobile App
  1. Login to your account via the Mobile Banking app
  2. Click your initials in the top right of your screen
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Mobile Features
  5. Toggle Face ID or Fingerprint ID
  6. The next time you login, you will have the option at the bottom of your screen to sign in via Face ID or another biometric method.
Note: You may need to repeat this process whenever you change your password.
Mobile App
  1. Login to your account via the Mobile Banking app
  2. Click your initials at the top right of your screen
  3. Select Settings 
  4. Select Mobile Features
  5. Select Quick Balance
  6. Turn on Enable Quick Balance
  7.  Edit the settings to your liking.
  8. The next time open your app and before logging in, click the Balances button at the bottom of your screen.
Online Banking
  1. Login to your Online Banking account
  2. On the navigational menu on the left side of your screen, select Transfers
  3. Under Transfers, select WITHIN MY ACCOUNTS if it is not already highlighted
  4. Select the account you'd like to transfer from
  5. Select the account you'd like to transfer to
  6. Select whether or not you'd like to set up a recurring transfer
  7. Select your transfer date (if you selected recurring transfer, select your frequency)
  8. Enter the amount you'd like to transfer
  9. Add a memo (optional)
  10. Click Transfer

  1. Login to your account via the Mobile Banking app
  2. Open the navigational menu by clicking the icon in the top left of your screen and select Transfers
  3. Select Transfer Within My Accounts
  4. Select the account you'd like to transfer funds from
  5. Select the account you'd like to transfer funds to
  6. Select whether or not you'd like to set up a recurring transfer
  7. Select your transfer date (if you selected recurring transfer, select your frequency)
  8. Enter the amount you'd like to transfer
  9. Add a memo (optional)
  10. Click Transfer
Eligibility and Qualification Requirements To qualify for the service, you must be a member in good standing and meet any additional eligibility criteria as dictated by the Credit Union. For more information, please read our Mobile Deposit User Agreement.
Mobile App
  1. Login to your account via the Mobile Banking app
  2. Open the navigational menu by clicking arrows at the bottom of your screen
  3. Select Deposit
  4. Select the account you wish to make the deposit into
  5. Take a picture of the front of the check
  6. Take a picture of the back of the check
  7. Enter the deposit amount
  8. Submit the deposit
Note: Please be sure to endorse the back of your check with the written words, “For mobile deposit only,” the credit union’s name (i.e., “PWCU,” “Point West CU,” etc.)

  1. Login to your Online Banking account
  2. On the navigational menu on the left side of your screen, select More Services
  3. Under Loan Services, select Apply for Loan

Online Bill Pay is a service that allows you to pay any designated merchant, institution or individual a fixed recurring amount or a variable amount from your designated Checking Account. You can set up and manage all your payments in one place instead of setting up payments at each individual website. Online Banking
  1. Login to your Online Banking account
  2. On the navigational menu on the left side of your screen, select Move Money
  3. Click Pay Bills

    2. On the navigational menu at the bottom of your screen, select Money
    3. Click Pay Bills

  2. On the navigational menu on the left side of your screen, select Move Money
  3. Click Payment & Transfers near the top of the page
  4. Select the account you’d like to transfer funds from
  5. Click the To Account field and scroll down. Click Add New Member Destination
  6. Enter the destination account number, account type and last name of the member whose account you are transferring to
  7. Check the box next to Click to save your new destination if you’d like to save the account information should you need to transfer to this account in the future
  8. Enter a label for this account (John’s account etc.) in the Saved Destination Label field. This will be the label for this account from the dropdown menu
  9. Select the Frequency of your transfer
  10. Select the Date you would like your transfer to occur
  11. Enter the amount you’d like to transfer
  12. Add a memo (optional)
  13. Click Continue

  3. Click Payment & Transfers near the top of the page
  4. Select the account you’d like to transfer from
  5. Click the To Account field and scroll down. Click Add New Member Destination
