Mobile Banking
- Login to your Online Banking account
- On the navigational menu on the left side of your screen, select More Services
- Under Loan Services, select Apply for Loan
- Login to your account via the Mobile Banking app
- Open the navigational menu by clicking the arrows at the bottom of your screen
- Select More Services
- Under Loan Services, select Apply for Loan
- Login to your account via the Mobile Banking app
- Open the navigational menu by clicking arrows at the bottom of your screen
- Select Deposit
- Select the account you wish to make the deposit into
- Take a picture of the front of the check
- Take a picture of the back of the check
- Enter the deposit amount
- Submit the deposit
- Login to your Online Banking account
- On the navigational menu on the left side of your screen, select Transfers
- Under Transfers, select WITHIN MY ACCOUNTS if it is not already highlighted
- Select the account you'd like to transfer from
- Select the account you'd like to transfer to
- Select whether or not you'd like to set up a recurring transfer
- Select your transfer date (if you selected recurring transfer, select your frequency)
- Enter the amount you'd like to transfer
- Add a memo (optional)
- Click Transfer
- Login to your account via the Mobile Banking app
- Open the navigational menu by clicking the icon in the top left of your screen and select Transfers
- Select Transfer Within My Accounts
- Select the account you'd like to transfer funds from
- Select the account you'd like to transfer funds to
- Select whether or not you'd like to set up a recurring transfer
- Select your transfer date (if you selected recurring transfer, select your frequency)
- Enter the amount you'd like to transfer
- Add a memo (optional)
- Click Transfer
- Login to your account via the Mobile Banking app
- Click your initials at the top right of your screen
- Select Settings
- Select Mobile Features
- Select Quick Balance
- Turn on Enable Quick Balance
- Edit the settings to your liking.
- The next time open your app and before logging in, click the Balances button at the bottom of your screen.
- Login to your account via the Mobile Banking app
- Click your initials in the top right of your screen
- Select Settings
- Select Mobile Features
- Toggle Face ID or Fingerprint ID
- The next time you login, you will have the option at the bottom of your screen to sign in via Face ID or another biometric method.
- Click Trouble Signing In? from the login screen
- Select Forgot my password and click Continue
- Enter your username
- Choose your Verification Method (Account Number or Card Number)
- Enter your Account Number or Card Number
- Enter your birthdate
- Click Continue
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your contact methods and click Submit
- Enter your new password, confirm it and click Continue
- Open the Point West Mobile App
- Select Trouble Signing In? from the login screen
- Select Forgot my password and click Continue
- Enter your username
- Choose your Verification Method (Account Number or Card Number)
- Enter your Account Number or Card Number
- Enter your birthdate
- Click Continue
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your contact methods and click Submit
- Enter your new password, confirm it and click Continue

To add a shadow user to your account, follow these steps:

- Click your initials in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the Security tab.
- Click on Additional Users.
- Click + Add New User
- Fill out the shadow user's information and give them a Username. Click Save.
- The user will be sent an email with the subject "Password Reset - Point West CU" with a secure link to set their password. Please be sure to share their username with them via secure channels.

Setting Account Permissions:
- Click your initials in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the Security tab.
- Click on Additional Users.
- Find the user you want to modify and click the Pencil icon next to their name.
- Click Show to reveal additional options.
- Enable the desired permissions or settings.
- Scroll down and click Save at the bottom of the page.

- Visit the online banking registration page using this link.
- Select your Account Type (Personal or Business)
- Choose your Account Verification Method (Account Number, Card Number or Social Security Number)
- Enter your Date of Birth.
- Click Verify.
- If the information entered is correct, you will receive a verification code by text message (if available) and email.
- Enter the verification code and click Submit.
- Create your Username and Password, then click Submit to complete registration.
I'm using a mobile device:
- Download the Point West Mobile App (App Store | Google Play)
- Open the app and tap More.
- Select Register.
- Select your Account Type (Personal or Business).
- Choose your Account Verification Method (Account Number, Card Number or Social Security Number).
- Enter your Date of Birth.
- Click Verify.
- If the information entered is correct, you will receive a verification code by text message (if available) and email.
- Enter the verification code and click Submit.
- Create your Username and Password, then click Submit to complete registration.
Business Account Members:
You will use the same instructions as above. When prompted for the last four digits of your TIN, enter your business TIN (not your personal SSN). When prompted for Date of Business Open, use the Date of Birth on file for the account.Online Banking

- Click Payment & Transfers near the top of the page
- Select the account you’d like to transfer funds from
- Click the To Account field and scroll down. Click Add New Member Destination
- Enter the destination account number, account type and last name of the member whose account you are transferring to
- Check the box next to Click to save your new destination if you’d like to save the account information should you need to transfer to this account in the future
- Enter a label for this account (John’s account etc.) in the Saved Destination Label field. This will be the label for this account from the dropdown menu
- Select the Frequency of your transfer
- Select the Date you would like your transfer to occur
- Enter the amount you’d like to transfer
- Add a memo (optional)
- Click Continue
- Login to your account via the Mobile Banking app
- Open the navigational menu by clicking the arrows at the bottom of your screen and select Money
- Click Payment & Transfers near the top of the page
- Select the account you’d like to transfer from
- Click the To Account field and scroll down. Click Add New Member Destination
- Enter the destination account number, account type and last name of the member whose account you are transferring to
- Check the box next to Click to save your new destination if you’d like to save the account information should you need to transfer to this account in the future

- Select the account for which you'd like to view the statements for and select View
- Select Statements
- Login to your account via the Mobile Banking app
- Open the navigational menu by clicking the icon in the top left of your screen
- Select Statements
- Select the account for which you'd like to view the statements for and select View
- Select Statements
