How do I setup an automatic payment for my loan?

You can make automatic loan payments via Online/Mobile Banking.

Online Banking

  1. Login to your Online/Mobile Banking account
  2. Select the loan you want to make a payment to from the available accounts listed
  3. Under your loan balance, select Make Payment
  4. Choose the Point West account you’d like to make your payment from
  5. Select Recurring Payment
  6. Set your frequency, amount and add a memo if needed

Mobile App

  1. Login to your Online/Mobile Banking account
  2. Select the loan you want to make a payment to from the available accounts listed
  3. Select the payment icon in the bottom right of your screen
  4. Select Standard Payment
  5. Choose the Point West account you’d like to make your payment from
  6. Select Recurring Payment
  7. Set your frequency, amount and add a memo if needed
