How do I register for Online/Mobile Banking?

I’m using a computer:

  1. Visit the online banking registration page using this link.
  2. Select your Account Type (Personal or Business)
  3. Choose your Account Verification Method (Account Number, Card Number or Social Security Number)
  4. Enter your Date of Birth.
  5. Click Verify.
  6. If the information entered is correct, you will receive a verification code by text message (if available) and email.
  7. Enter the verification code and click Submit.
  8. Create your Username and Password, then click Submit to complete registration.

I’m using a mobile device:

  1. Download the Point West Mobile App (App Store | Google Play)
  2. Open the app and tap More.
  3. Select Register.
  4. Select your Account Type (Personal or Business).
  5. Choose your Account Verification Method (Account Number, Card Number or Social Security Number).
  6. Enter your Date of Birth.
  7. Click Verify.
  8. If the information entered is correct, you will receive a verification code by text message (if available) and email.
  9. Enter the verification code and click Submit.
  10. Create your Username and Password, then click Submit to complete registration.

Business Account Members:

You will use the same instructions as above. When prompted for the last four digits of your TIN, enter your business TIN (not your personal SSN). When prompted for Date of Business Open, use the Date of Birth on file for the account.
