Know Before You Go: Lloyd Branch
While Oregon’s Phase I reopening guidelines do allow additional business types to restart business, social distancing and capacity restrictions remain in place that mean that Point West will continue to limit access at Lloyd Branch for the foreseeable future.
Face Coverings are Required
Per State of Oregon requirements, a face covering is required to enter the branch starting June 24. If you do not have a face covering, let a staff member know and they can provide you a complimentary one.
Join our employees in keeping everyone safe by wearing a face covering to Point West. And please be aware that for security purposes, staff may ask you to briefly remove your face covering for confirming your identity.
Maintain a Safe Distance
Please maintain at least 6 feet between yourself and others while waiting in line and inside the branch. Wait in marked areas and listen for staff instructions. Help us keep you, our members and our staff safe!
Be Prepared to Wait
For the safety of our team and members, our doors are locked during business hours and staff will allow members into the lobby in the order received and only when safe to do so. For those waiting outside the branch, we ask you to wait in line while following social distancing recommendations. Please understand that due to these needed safety measures, you may experience longer wait times, and may need to wait outside in the elements until it is your turn. Dress appropriately for the weather as there may be rain in the forecast. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Skip the Branch, Stay Connected
Did you know that nearly all of your account questions, changes and transactions can be handled without a trip to the branch? Our Member Service team is available at [email protected] or 503-546-5000, and can help you tackle a variety of account-related tasks, including (but not limited to):
- Cash Advances on your Point West Credit Card
- Adding, changing, or removing a direct deposit from your account
- Troubleshooting access to your Online Banking account
- Setting up a reoccurring ACH payment or account/loan transfer
- Changing the address on your account
- Much, much more!
Additionally, you have a variety of ways to access your accounts, 24/7, to check balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, and even make cash or check deposits and withdrawals. Don’t forget about:

Let Point West help
For members worried about their current loans or accounts, our Member Service team is standing by to assist. We’re taking action to help support you during this time of uncertainty and hardship.
- We will allow up to 2 months of consecutive Skip-a-Payments* with no fees on qualifying Point West loans.
- We will provide loan modifications on all applicable loans** to reduce current payments.
- We can extend all new loan first payments out up to 45 days.
- We will allow members with current certificates of deposit (CDs) to remove funds with no fees or penalty.
- We continue to provide financial counseling and assistance to you via our partner BALANCE, free of charge.
Shared Branching
For the safety of Point West’s staff and members, the credit union is unable to assist CO-OP Shared Branching members at this time. Our CO-OP ATMs remain available for your use. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to being able to serve Shared Branching members as soon as it is safe to do so.
