We want to let you know about an ongoing issue affecting some recent payments.

Due to a file transmission issue with our payment processor, the following payment windows have not posted to accounts:

Payments made between 3:30 PM on May 2nd and 3:30 PM on May 5th.
Payments made between 3:30 PM on May 8th and 3:30 PM on May 9th.
Payments made between 3:30 PM on May 9th through 2:30 PM on May 12th.
