With many of us juggling crammed schedules and tottering under heavy loads, we often need quick action and even faster results. When it gets down to it, it’s all about the speed. That’s why we’re exceedingly pleased to announce several technology upgrades that increase our speed of service and add time back in your day.
We’re investing in you by offering improved and enhanced technology tools that’ll make doing business with Point West Credit Union easier, faster, and more satisfying. And we’re bringing you this through carefully selected technology partners that keep our operational costs low while providing the high service standards you expect. Here’s what’s coming up:
Core System Upgrade
We’re significantly up-leveling our core system to provide improved operations behind the scenes and faster transactions for you. Whether you’re on site at a teller window, with a loan officer or logged into online banking, everything will flow more smoothly and swiftly.
Enhanced SpeedyLine
If an automated telephone teller weren’t fast, why would it be called SpeedyLine? We’ve heard your requests and think you’ll be amazed at the transformation. The new SpeedyLine will have a more intuitive menu, broader functionality and help you complete business more quickly. It’ll earn its name.
Entirely New Website
We’re building your new virtual branch with all the essentials plus, a lot of added features we think you’ll appreciate including enhanced navigation and blogging. We know from our recent member survey that our website is your number one information source so we’re upgrading our platform and giving it a visual makeover at the same time. When the site launches later this fall/winter, we’ll unveil a new look for Point West Credit Union. Thank you for your patience during these upgrades – we know you’ll appreciate the investment we’re making in providing better, speedier service.
