We are aware that members have been unable to utilize Shared Branching locations for their Point West business the past few days. Bummer!
The issue lies with our Shared Branching network provider, CO-OP. They are aware of the issue and are working diligently behind the scenes to get the network restored as soon as possible. Once we know more, we’ll make sure to update you all.
