Security Deposit Loan Security Deposit Loan Program Point West strives to be a Point of Opportunity for all of its members. In a tight rental market, we know how expensive finding and moving into a new rental home can be. Security deposits alone can be thousands of dollars, and even if you get part of your previous deposit back, it can take weeks or months to receive. That’s why we’re excited to announce our Security Deposit Loan (SDL) program. With our SDL program, you can cover up to two-thirds of your security deposit expenses3 with an affordable loan you can pay back over 12 months with no prepayment penalty. Let us help you free up your funds for all of your other moving needs, like a moving truck, furniture, and changing utility companies. This program is a collaboration between Meyer Memorial Trust, the Northwest Credit Union Foundation, Consolidated Community Credit Union and Trailhead Credit Union. We’re proud to work with our cooperative and nonprofit partners to help provide affordable, accessible solutions to our community.
