Loans to Non-Citizens Residing in Oregon
In 2019, 30% of all new loans were to non-citizen members.

A Credit Union for All
More than 40% of Point West’s members are people of color. We strive to ensure our member service team, leadership and volunteer board of directors also reflect the diversity of our membership and community.

Moderate-Low Income Lending
In 2019, more than 50% of all new loans were made to members with annual incomes of $50,000 or less.

Leveraging Savings for Greater Opportunities
In 2019, Point West opened nearly 40 matched savings Individual Development Accounts (IDAs) in conjunction with its community partners. These accounts can be matched 3-1 with community funding to help members save for college, a home, retirement, and more.
