The day has arrived! Mobile Deposit is now available. Have a check deposit but can’t (or don’t want to) stop by the branch or find a deposit-taking ATM? We’ve got you covered. Built into our Mobile Banking app for compatible Apple and Android devices, Mobile Deposit allows you to make check deposits right from your phone.
Simply follow the quick and easy steps below and the check is sent directly to us for deposit:
- Open the Point West Mobile Banking app
- Click on the deposit icon
- Choose the destination account
- Enter the amount of the check
- Endorse (sign) the back of the check
- Take photos of the signed check (front & back) by following the intuitive prompts
- Tap the “Deposit Check” button
Once submitted, you’ll receive an email letting you know we received the deposit; you’ll receive another email within 3 business days letting you know the deposit has posted to your account.
