  • PSU Business Outreach Program

    The PSU BOP helps local small businesses, including emerging, minority and women-owned businesses, achieve their potential via technical assistance and business consulting services, while providing students with opportunities for community based learning.

  • Albina Opportunities Corporation

    Albina Opportunities Corporation is a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that provides loans and business advisory services to Portland’s underserved small businesses and distressed neighborhoods throughout the metro area.

  • Adalante Mujeres

    Adelante Mujeres’ Empresas program is a business development program that teaches and supports small business owners to create a vibrant local economy and open up opportunities for all individuals to pursue their dreams. Through training, networking experience, technical assistance, and access to capital, Empresas helps Latino entrepreneurs launch successful and sustainable small businesses.

  • Craft3

    Craft3 is a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) lender with a mission to strengthen economic, ecological and family resilience in Pacific Northwest communities. It provides loans to businesses, nonprofits and individuals, including those without access to traditional financing, with a full complement of financial resources, networks and other advocacy for its clients.

  • Mercy Corps Northwest

    Mercy Corps Northwest provides a wide variety of classes, seminars, and consulting services to small businesses, as well as financing to small business owners who may not qualify for traditional loans.

  • Microenterprise Services of Oregon (MESO)

    MESO offers businesses the opportunity to learn and grow through comprehensive one-on-one support, assistance, and financing.

  • Micro Mercantes (Hacienda CDC)

    Micro Mercantes offers several services for small businesses, particularly culinary businesses, including: training, advising, an affordable commercial kitchen and sales opportunities. We have also developed relationships with community partners that offer additional opportunities such as industry specific training, access to capital, legal advice, and sales. Its focus is businesses owned by people who identify as women or people of color, with a strong emphasis in the Latino community.

    Community LendingWorks aims to strengthen Oregon communities through personal and business lending. They provide access to capital, credit and asset building financial products that help develop strong, healthy people and communities.

  • Livelihood NW

    Livelihood NW (previously PSU BOP) provides exceptional business development support services to historically underserved entrepreneurs within local communities. They help promote lifelong learning, empowerment and positive economic impact.
