The 2011 and 2012 Annual Membership Surveys indicated members place Point West Employees as their #1 reason for banking at Point West; AND rank Point West Employees #1 for quality when compared to other Point West attributes.

We want our Team Members to continue to provide you with a high level of knowledge and service, as this directly impacts the decisions you make regarding your financial life cycle.

To keep pace with learning about ongoing technology innovations and product/service additions to our portfolio, Point West will implement “Late Start Thursdays” beginning February 7th. This time will be spent learning the features, benefits, regulations and functionality behind products/services. It will also provide time to keep pace with regulatory reforms to ensure we are conducting business in a safe and sound manner.

Thursday hours will now be 10am to 5pm, so staff may spend quality time for training and learning. We are reaching out to members who frequently visit the branch on Thursday mornings between 9-10am, to discuss alternative resources for banking during that hour.
