We’ve received member reports of fraudulent ATM withdrawals at 7/11 locations in the Portland area. If you have used a 7/11 ATM in February or March, please check your account for any suspicious transactions. If needed, you can reach out directly to the Fraud and Dispute line at 1.800.600.5249 Mon-Fri: 5:00am to 5:45pm PT and Sat: 6:00 am to 11:45am PT. If you need ATM alternatives, please visit https://www.coop.org/Shared-Branch-ATM to locate one nearest you.
