Online Banking

1. Login to your Online Banking account
2. On the navigational menu on the left side of your screen, select Statements
3. Select the account for which you’d like to view the tax documents and select View
4. Select Statements
5. Click the dropdown at the top of your screen and select Tax Statements

Mobile App

1. Login to your account via the Mobile Banking app
2. Open the navigational menu by clicking the arrows at the bottom of  your screen
3. Select Statements
4. Select the account for which you’d like to view the tax documents and select View
5. Select Statements
6. Click the dropdown at the top of your screen and select Tax Statements

Please note that tax forms will be generated and made available to you if:

• You earned $10 or more in dividends, and/or
• You paid $600 or more in interest during the year.
