The Annual Membership survey results are in – and, for the third year running, ‘friendly, helpful staff’ ranked as the #1 reason why you choose Point West as your primary financial institution. Of the 817 survey respondents, members ranked ‘personalized attention’ as our third best attribute; and ‘reliability’ rated a strong 88% as ‘excellent or good.’
Your credit union spent the winter working hard to improve your products and services. As a result, we have been able to lower loan rates, add offerings such as a mobile banking app, reward points for classic visa cards, and an expanded palette of educational seminars.
